Good evening subscriber,
Due to recent circumstances, I am sad to announce that I have decided to step down as Chair. Sue and Pooja, are also stepping down as clerks.
The agenda, for this meeting, is fairly short, as copied below:

Location: The General Tarleton, meeting room (upstairs), 18:30.

2. Approval of Previous Minutes from the September 2025, meeting
|
3. Stepping down of Chair and Clerks
|
|
· Jonathan Pow officially stepping down as Chair at this meeting
|
|
· Sue Aspinall and Pooja Pow officially stepping down as clerks at this meeting
|
|
· Volunteer/Nominations for the Chair role
|
· Volunteer(s) for the Clerk role
|
|
4. Transfer of access to Bank Account
|
|
· Agree to provide nominated Chair and Clerk with access to the Ferrensby Parish Meeting bank account (NatWest)
|
· JP and SA to be removed from the bank account
|
