To elect the chairman again at Ferrensby Parish Meeting, Chris and Diane agree to re-elect David
Fearnside the Chairman again.
MINUTES, the minutes from the November meeting were presented. These were accepted as a true record
of the previous meeting. Proposed by Chris and 2 nd by David
FINANCES, Clerk present the finances, £600 precept, vat refund £3,728.59, Grass cutting £63.82, garden
rent £30. Vat to 2 Riding £3,896.20, LCPSA £100, Website £187.66, Policeman with gun £91.14. HSBC
now closed. NatWest current value £4,713.38.
NEIGHBOURHOOD WATCH,
Roger not available to Neighbourhood Watch.
PLANNING APPLICATIONS,
New Barn House – withdrawn, Kirkstone – approve, Verra House – Extension to first floor balcony.

ANY OTHER VILLAGE BUSINESS,

We need another grass cutting person, will some step up and help please?
Garden ponds for supporting wildlife and habitats. Yellow water lily, oxygenating pond plants, pond plant.
Agree for Jonathon to purchase for pond plants.
Scotton Motorhome hire, a motorhome was taken from Ferrensby, found in Yarm.
People are calling on residents in Ferrensby selling stuff. Be very careful what you purchase from them.
Agree to have more Bluebells for next year.
