·      Jonathan Pow officially stepping down as Chair at this meeting

·      Sue Aspinall and Pooja Pow officially stepping down as clerks at this meeting

·      Volunteer/ Nominations for the Chair role

·      Volunteer(s) for the Clerk role

4.         Transfer of access to Bank Account

·      New Chair and Clerk to be provided with access to the Ferrensby Parish Meeting Bank Account

·       JP and SA to be removed from the bank account
